Beyond your monthly questions, each plan includes a total library allowance for what you upload — measured in pages of documents and minutes of audio and video. Pro, for example, includes 1,500 pages and 1,200 minutes. Unlike your monthly questions, these totals don't reset each month — they're the overall size of your knowledge base, shared across your whole account.

Your speaker stays live, but visitors see a notice that it's temporarily unavailable until your quota resets. You can upgrade at any moment to lift the limit instantly — no downtime, no reconfiguration.

Web search is optional: keep your speaker closed to your material alone, or let it reach the web under guardrails you set in a few clicks. With it on, live web search adds current information when a question calls for it on every plan, and on Pro and above, deep research web search digs further for more involved questions. If something isn't covered, your speaker says so and flags a gap worth filling.

Switch it on and your speaker can pull in current information from the web when a question goes beyond your uploaded materials, within the guardrails you set — while still grounding its answers in your content first. Leave it off and your speaker answers from your material alone.

No. Your uploads are used solely to answer your audience's questions. They are never used to train underlying models, and they're never shared with other customers.

You do — fully. Uploading gives SpeakSense a limited license to process your content for your speakers only. Delete a resource and it's removed from your knowledge base.
